1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation is limited to natural persons who have an active, fully registered and verified user account with the Organizer.

1.2 Each user may hold only one user account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in exclusion from the program.

2. Requirements for a Successful Referral

2.1 A referral is considered successful only if

• the referred user registers via the personalized referral link or referral code of the referring user,
• the referred user successfully completes all required identity and other verification procedures, and
• the referred user did not already have a user account with the Organizer at the time of registration.

2.2 The Organizer verifies whether the requirements are met using technical and organizational review mechanisms. No entitlement to recognition of a referral exists until the review has been completed.

3. Reward

3.1 For each successful referral, the referring user will receive a reward of $5.00 in the form of [e.g., user credit / bonus credit / account credit], provided that the referred user deposits at least $10.

3.2 Reward Process: Share link → Referred user registers → Referred user deposits at least $10 → Referrer receives $5 bonus

3.3 The credit is usually applied within 24 hours after the successful deposit.

3.4 Cash payment or transfer to third parties is excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Exclusion in Case of Abuse

4.1 In case of justified suspicion of abuse, the Organizer is entitled to exclude users from the program, in particular in cases of

• multiple registrations,
• false or incomplete information,
• use of fake, third-party or automated accounts,
• other attempts at manipulation.

4.2 In such cases, the Organizer may refuse, cancel, or reclaim rewards already credited.

5. Limitations

5.1 The reward is granted only once per referred user.

5.2 There is no entitlement to future rewards or to the continuation of the program.

5.3 The program may not be combined with other bonus or discount campaigns unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Modification or Termination of the Program

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time in whole or in part. Confirmed reward entitlements already earned remain unaffected unless abuse is identified.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy. The referring user does not receive any personal data of the referred user.
